Changes are coming to the Campus Store and how you get textbooks at Otterbein! This July, Slingshot is joining 9i果冻制作厂as its new bookstore provider. 

Shoppers can expect a refreshed Campus Store experience with all new Cardinal merchandise and gifts at a variety of price points. The new store is expected to open on July 21. 

Slingshot’s course material subscription service, 鈥淪lingshot Choice,鈥� will also change how students get textbooks on campus. This auto-fulfillment program has all course materials ready for students by the first day of class.  

As an added benefit, the course materials will be charged to 9i果冻制作厂student accounts, so students can apply any remaining financial aid to the cost of their textbooks. Students on payment plans can have the cost divided among their tuition payment plan program, too.  

All students registered for Fall Semester 2025 have been automatically enrolled in Slingshot Choice with 鈥渞ental鈥� set as the default preference, which is the most affordable choice. Print textbooks will be boxed and ready for pick-up at the Campus Store, while digital materials will be available through the Slingshot student portal. 

Students have until Aug. 1 to log in and change their preferences (purchase, rental, new, used, print, or digital) or opt-out of the Slingshot Choice textbook auto-fulfillment program. Student portals are already active at .

Now: Log in to your Slingshot student portal with your 9i果冻制作厂email credentials to: 聽

• Review Fall 2025 course materials. 聽

• Make decisions on media preferences for those materials. 聽

• Make decisions to stay enrolled in automatic fulfillment or opt-out of the program.聽

8.1.25: Deadline to log in to Slingshot student portal account and make any changes.聽

8.20.25: First Day of Classes! 聽

• Textbook charges will appear on student accounts.聽

• Pick up your course materials in the Campus Store in the Campus Center. 聽

8.27.25: Last day to return any textbooks and course materials to Slingshot at 100% refund rate for any reason.聽 聽

9.3.25: Last day to return any textbooks and course materials to Slingshot at 100% refund rate for dropped courses.聽
